Murray and Rosa Bell were not in Australia

Contrary to misleading tabloid claims, Rosa and Murray Bell were physically present and actively harassed the sole contractor during the repositioning of the Myers’ fence.

They were not merely observing via CCTV, as falsely suggested.

The contractor confirmed Rosa and Murray Bell's repeated presence and interference.

Rosa and Murray Bell, their friends, family and three contractors walked through the Myers' rear garden.

Even during the three-month stand-down period.

Garden Shed Relocation

Rosa and Murray Bell’s garden shed was not torn down, destroyed, or surrounded by a huge mess, as claimed in the tabloids.

It was deemed a trespass by their own solicitor, and was relocated intact by contractors to their patio.

Once completed, there was no mess or destruction. Confirmed and witnessed by Police, as well as Rosa and Murray Bell's friends.

Rear Patio Boundary Clarification

Tabloids claim that 'They have completely wrecked the patio at the back."

However, Rosa and Murray Bell’s own solicitor deemed the patio a trespass, and contractors cleanly cut it at the boundary to remove it and items returned.

The patio remains in active use today.

Shared Gap Between Properties

The paving in the shared space between Nos. 70 and 72 was not dug up or destroyed, as falsely claimed in tabloids.

It was cleanly cut at the boundary line during the Myers’ fence installation and remains in active use by Rosa and Murray Bell today.

Shared Gap Panel and Restoration Efforts

The original panel between Nos. 70 and 72 was repaired and reinstated upright to maintain security and containment in the gap area.

It remained in place for over two years before Rosa and Murray Bell replaced it with a garden shed in March 2025.

It was not left hanging or destroyed as exaggerated in the tabloids.

Fence Installation and Boundary Positioning

Contrary to misleading tabloid reports, as is standard with most fence installations, the work was carried out entirely from within the Myers’ own property boundary, except within the shared gap area, where permission was granted by Rosa Bell.

The installation was completed in alignment with the official paper title deeds.

Surveillance Incident in February 2025

Rosa Bell is seen filming the Myers while they washed their car on their own driveway.

The filming was unsolicited and adds to a pattern of ongoing surveillance and neighbourly hostility by Rosa and Murray Bell, following their failed damages claim against the Myers in County Court.

Water and Further Damages from New Shed Installed in March 2025

A new shed installed by Rosa and Murray Bell in March 2025 is positioned at the street-end of the shared gap.

The new shed, appears to be too wide for the space and has damaged part of the Myers’ two year old boundary fence (installed in 2023).

The shed roof slopes toward the Myers’ wall, causing rainwater runoff directly onto their house.
